ST MIRREN RADIO
sT MIRREN RADIO: WHAT WE DO.....
St Mirren Radio - as the name suggests - lives at the the newly named Paisley 2021 stadium and provides coverage of Paisley's local team, including a new midweek St Mirren Show - presented by Daylin Docherty and Sybaris Ali - which provides a real alternative to what other stations are offering in the traditional early evening football slot.
We also now do dedicated radio commentary on St Mirren games home and away and it is great to see the development of some real talent in this oh-so-tricky area. We're indebted to ex BBC commentator David Begg who is always available with advice and support.
The graphic above shows where our UK listeners were on Tuesday night for live coverage of the 1-1 draw with Raith Rovers. We had over 500 people listening, from 19 different countries. It really is a great way to stay connected to fans around the world.
But we want to do so much more - and we're starting to. We've piloted a new culture show, which you can hear at 10am and 10pm each day - and we're working on music programmes which highlight local bands. So if you know one get them to get in touch with us. Here's a wee flavour of what the station sounds like.

And for Halloween we also got misunderstood midfielder Jim Goodwin to tell us a horror story. It was featured in the Daily Record here
